SEPTEMBER 2004 - Flooding from the remnants of Hurricane Ivan

The TeePee in West Bellaire was just one of the many places around the Valley to get flooded out when the rains came.  The Ohio River went above its flood stage of 36 feet which in turn caused the creeks and streams to spill over their banks and cause major damage.
