Kids and Teens

There is lots to do in the children's department at Bellaire Public Library! Bellaire Public Library offers many free programs throughout the year for children of all ages. If you would like to be added to our children's programming e-mail list to keep up-to-date with events for children and teens, please click here. You can also keep an eye on our Facebook page, or stop in the library for a monthly calendar.

Enjoy stories, songs, games, crafts and more at Toddler Time on Wednesdays at 10:30 AM. Toddler Time is for ages 3 and under. We have a new theme each week. We have a lot of fun!

Preschool Hour is held each Friday at 11:00 AM for ages 3-5. We will explore a new theme each week. We have a great time reading, singing, playing and creating together.

December Special Events: 

The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg


Polar Express Night - Join us on Monday, December 14th at 4:30 for Polar Express Night! There will be a reading of The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg, crafts, a showing of the movie and a special visit from Santa! Please wear your pajamas and bring a blanket to sit on if you like. This is a free event. Please call the library for more information.
