Right to Read Week-March 10 - March 16. Marc Harshman, WV Poet Laureate and children's author, will be guest presenter on March 13th. The Friends of the Library is sponsoring this event.
Marc will provide a program for children from Bellaire Elementary School and St. John's Grade School in kindergarten through second grade at 9:15 a.m. and then again at 10:45 a.m for children in second and third grades. At 12:45 Marc will present his poetry and stories to the public and to junior and seniors from St. Johns Central High School and Bellaire High School.
